From the order till the payment of the goods there are on average six steps with a lot of manual work. Receiving the goods, verification of documents, registration in the ERP system, the bookkeeping and the control of the goods are tasks that can be fully automated. With the combination of our VPP and PSS graphics we can reduce this process to one action: the acceptance of all the goods. All other tasks will be executed automatically, you only need to confirm the payment order.
Another application of the VPP allows taking a full truck into stock without scanning all the goods. Everything you have in stock will get into your database through an electronic message and you just have to scan one unit to confirm the reception.
PSS PIL links your own monitoring to your warehouses or clients and is specifically designed for the management of goods from one location without having to move or execute additional administrative work. All the data from shipment, delivery and stock are represented in a structural overview. By monitoring the entire process it becomes much easier to anticipate on future sales and production, and you can offer a better service to your customers.
